we all listened to the music, but all these seven beautiful features evoke it with new meaning. Instead of crossing hills, waters, canyons to get around your sweetie, we heartily recommend achieving that travel — since it’s truly tough to start a weekend trip snuggled up in a snug cabin in the woods or ski chalet!. From the Italian Alps to the Colorado Rockies, these mountains will blow your mind. (And not because of the thin air at one of these orbital altitudes.)  

Hotel Hohenwart, South Tyrol Province, Italy

This upmarket resort in the hilly South Tyrol Province of Northern Italy has an elegant cabin design (representative of the region’s Austro-Bavarian historic) and a wonderful spa. Here are four nice baths, too, including a beautiful salt bath on the roof of the hotel with postcard-perfect mountain views. Beds range, some have a modern take on the alpine design with lots of natural bamboo. The restaurant serves a mix of Mediterranean and Alpine travel, and uses curries, oregano, taste, smoked hotdogs, and food from close farmland. It is a wonderful romantic choice for adventurous couples looking to walk or snow in the surrounding region.  

Spring Creek Ranch, Jackson Hole

Couples seeking a room with a view can’t go better in Jackson Hole than Spring Creek Ranch, the refuge is located more than 700 feet above the Jackson Valley; it presumably has the most stunning views of the Tetons from the location. This love retreat feels far from the crowded, the main tourist areas of Whistler, attributable to its location on Nita Lake, but it’s still a short walk from the restaurants and sights in Creekside. Trapp Family Lodge, Vermont

This resort might help you understand what Julie Andrews has been chanting about — the mountains are indeed real at it elegant hill lodge close the hills in Stowe, Vermont. It is nevertheless owned and controlled by the real Der Trapp family (true, they are true) who motivated the saga of the ancestors? “Sound of Music.” cottage beds are comfortable, so they can be used for a long time, but not the standout; alternatively, Partners might want to enjoy the cocktails at the on-site beer tasting booth, restaurant at the four eateries, and an inflatable pool where they can slide the fog over the river under the water.
